How To Use Our Services
At JBM Immigration Group, LLC, we use
customized solutions designed to help you make and maintain contact with an
immigration lawyer, get and file the immigration paperwork that's right for you,
follow the progress of your case, and much more. Plus, since most of what you
need can be done right through our Web site, our services are available at
your convenience. There's no need to rearrange your schedule around a
call from your lawyer, and no waiting to get forms in the mail.
How does it work?
- First, log on to QIQ (Quick Immigration
Questionnaire). QIQ is an interactive program that will enable our attorneys to
understand your case and engage in a meaningful dialogue with you during your FREE
15 minute telephone consultation.
- Next, start The Simple Immigration Solution
(TheSIS) SIS process. The most important part of the TheSIS process is completing the
immigration form that QIQ helped you to locate. Our staff can work closely with you
while you do this and make sure that all of the necessary information is entered
fully and properly.
- Leave the rest to us. We will file your
paperwork for you once it is completed. Then, we'll provide you with a confirmation
of the receipt of your form and the information you'll need to track your case on
Snapshot.
Snapshot makes your documents available to
all relevant parties, petitioners, beneficiaries and dependents, allows you to download
them at your leisure, and lets you see updates to your case. You can check for updates
at any time, and once a final decision is reached, all pertinent documents are scanned
and made available to you online and via express mail.
- Should your case require special attention,
our staff will inform you and help you determine the level of service that's right for
you.
Regardless of the immigration services that you
need, you will benefit from all of the special features that are built into our software. Everything from our forms management system, known as THE Simple Immigration Solution (or TheSIS), to Billing Integrated with Legal Services (BILS), our invoicing, online payment,
and bill archiving system, comes with your account. Even Snapshot, the place where you can
login and check the status of your JBM case and BILS account, is included.
