o Serving Research Institutions, Healthcare Professionals, Universities, Manufacturing, IT, Biotechnical, Essential Workers in Restaurant, Service Industries
· Global Immigration:
o Representing U.S. Corporations and International Corporations in obtaining required visas and documentation to facilitate travel and work for employees working in multiple international jurisdictions
· Family Immigration:
o Representing individuals, families and children in all matters relating to family immigration
· Deportation and Removal:
o Extensive practice in deportation matters ranging from Asylum, Cancellation of Removal and appellate work with the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Federal Courts.
Jacqueline B. Martinez, is the founder/member of JBM Immigration Group, LLC, a law firm dedicated to the practice of Immigration and Nationality Law. She is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor’s of Science from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Ms. Martinez went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University’s College of Law in 1991.
Prior to establishing JBM Immigration Group, LLC, Ms. Martinez was in-house counsel to a large International IT Company, where she gained extensive experience in the area of Employment Based Immigration (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, Labor Certification-PERM) and Global Immigration. Her practice focuses on Business Immigration, but she also has an extensive knowledge and experience in Family Immigration and Deportation and Removal.
Ms. Martinez has served as Chair of the local chapter of AILA, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and AILA National Board of Governors 2005-2006. Additionally, she has served on various AILA National Committees such as; Membership Committee, Waivers Committee, Hispanic Interest Law Group and ad hoc committee to the National Hispanic Bar, 2008 AILA National Conference Planning Committee-Vancouver and 2009 AILA National Conference Planning Committee-Las Vegas. Ms. Martinez continues to be active with the local Pittsburgh Chapter as the EOIR Liaison, and Liaison to the Grassroots committee.
Other past service: PBA-Minority Bar Committee Co-Chair and conference committee, ACBA-Young Lawyers Division past Chair of the Education and Membership committee, Hispanic Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania past Chair.

Other Community Service
Ms. Martinez is active in the Latino Community of Pittsburgh and has worked with the Latino Round Table of Pittsburgh since its inception and continues to provide community service, outreach and pro-bono work to the community through the Latino Catholic Community and PIIN-Pittsburgh Interfaith Impact Network.
Ms. Martinez has served on the board of several non-profits and is currently serving terms with CASA of Allegheny County (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and the Northland Public Library Foundation.
Ms. Martinez is also serving a two year term with Seat at the Table with the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, a project to develop young leadership in Pittsburgh.
